Post Event Surcharges:  At the conclusion of all competitive events hosted by member clubs, this form must be completed.  The only exception are events listed as "Practice" on the event calendar.  It is the promoters responsibility to print this out before race day, but it is best that the Chief Ref have a copy handy just in case.
